    Like any other Athlete strength is vital for success, however riders need to be strong enough to support ourselves and our horses making this an integral part of proper position, effectivity in the saddle and overall success as an equestrian.

    A rider will with good flexibility will allow for perfect symmetry between horse and rider as well as better congruency between riders aides and horses response.
